PART I: PRELIMINARY
1. Short title, application and commencement
(1) This guide may be called Before You Buy: The Murtaza Templates Guide.
(2) They apply to the Website murtazasteno.eu.org, to every visitor, and to every Order for a Template placed with the Seller.
(3) They come into force on 25.10.2026, being the date shown as "Last updated" on this page.
2. Definitions
(1) In these rules, unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Seller" means Ghulam Murtaza, who operates Murtaza Templates ("we", "us").
- "Buyer" means any person who places an Order.
- "Website" means murtazasteno.eu.org.
- "Template" means a Blogger theme designed and coded by the Seller and supplied as an XML file.
- "Documentation" means the installation guide and technical article that accompany a Template.
- "Licence" means the limited right of use described in rule 9.
- "Order" means a purchase request sent to the Seller by email.
- "Confirmed Payment" means a payment that the Seller has received and verified in his own account.
- "Personal Information" means information that identifies, or can reasonably identify, an individual.
3. Acceptance of the rules
(1) By using the Website or placing an Order, a person confirms that he or she has read, understood and accepted these rules.
(2) A person who does not accept these rules shall not place an Order.
PART II: ABOUT MURTAZA TEMPLATES
4. Purpose
(1) Murtaza Templates was founded on a straightforward conviction: a credible, well-structured website should not depend on a substantial budget.
(2) Every theme published here is conceived, designed and coded specifically for the Blogger platform, to give writers, entrepreneurs and small organisations a refined foundation for their online presence.
5. The founder
(1) Ghulam Murtaza is the founder and sole author of every Template in the catalogue.
(2) He began working with Blogger templates at the age of eighteen, driven by the belief that independent publishers deserve the polished, application-grade experience found on platforms such as YouTube and Facebook.
(3) He stepped away from the field during the COVID period and has returned to offer well-crafted Templates at a fair and reasonable price.

6. Commitment to originality
(1) All Templates, written content and Documentation on the Website are produced in-house.
(2) The Seller does not redistribute, resell or modify the work of third parties.
(3) Each Template is tested in Blogger before release. [Keep this sentence only while it is true.]
7. What the Seller provides
(1) Each purchase includes:
- the Template as a ready-to-upload XML file;
- the Documentation, covering structure, features, customisation options and installation procedure;
- support by email under rule 19. [Proposed by Claude: GM to confirm, and to decide whether updates are included.]
(2) Templates are planned in this order: news and magazine, personal blog, portfolio, and business or product review. A category is listed only when its first Template is published. [Proposed by Claude: GM to confirm.]
(3) Templates start from USD 3 and are priced under PKR 1,000. [GM stated "at least 3 dollars, under 1000 PKR"; confirm the wording and show one currency if the exchange rate makes them differ.]
PART III: PRODUCTS AND LICENCE
8. Nature of the products
(1) Every Template is a digital product written in Blogger-compatible XML, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No physical item is supplied.
(2) Screenshots and live demonstrations show the Template as designed. Its appearance on the Buyer's blog may differ according to the Buyer's content, settings, widgets and third-party additions.
9. Grant of licence: one purchase, one website
(1) On Confirmed Payment, the Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and perpetual Licence to use the purchased Template on one (1) website only.
(2) The Licence is a right of use. It is not a sale or assignment of ownership.
10. Acts permitted
(1) The Buyer may:
- install the Template on one Blogger website that the Buyer owns, or manages for a single client;
- edit the XML, HTML, CSS and JavaScript to suit that one website; and
- keep a backup copy of the file for personal use.
11. Acts prohibited
(1) The Buyer shall not:
- use the Template on more than one website without buying an additional Licence;
- resell, redistribute, share, upload, publish or give away the Template file, in whole or in part, modified or not, including on file-sharing sites, forums, social media groups or marketplaces;
- present the Template, or a modified version of it, as the Buyer's own product for sale or distribution;
- remove or alter the Seller's copyright notice in the code, unless the Seller has allowed it in writing for that Template; or
- use the Template for unlawful, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent or infringing content.
(2) Any breach ends the Licence automatically.
12. Intellectual property and third-party components
(1) All rights in the Templates, Documentation, designs, code, text, images and the name Murtaza Templates remain the property of the Seller.
(2) Third-party components, such as fonts or icon sets, remain subject to their own licences. [Not Provided: list the third-party fonts, icons or libraries used in each Template and their licences. Complete this for every Template before sale.]
13. Piracy and enforcement
(1) The Seller may file takedown notices with hosting services, search engines and platforms, withdraw support, end the Licence and pursue lawful remedies against any person who shares, resells or publishes a Template without permission.
PART IV: ORDERS, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
14. Placing an Order
(1) To order, the Buyer shall send an email to assistmegm@gmail.com stating the Template name and the Buyer's name and email address.
(2) The Seller replies by email with the payment details. The Buyer shall not send money before receiving those details by email.
(3) The Seller may decline any Order, in which case any money received is returned.
(4) The contract is formed when the Seller confirms the payment.
15. Payment
(1) Payment is accepted by JazzCash, Easypaisa or local bank transfer.
(2) After paying, the Buyer shall send the transaction reference or a screenshot of the receipt by email.
(3) The Buyer bears any charge made by his or her bank or wallet.
16. Delivery
(1) The Seller shall deliver the Template and its Documentation by email within 24 hours of Confirmed Payment.
(2) This period excludes delay caused by bank, wallet or email service failures outside the Seller's control.
17. Prices
(1) The price shown for a Template when the Buyer places the Order applies to that Order.
(2) Prices are shown on each Template page. [Not Provided: choose Rupees or dollars for the public price display.]
PART V: REFUNDS AND SUPPORT
18. Refunds and replacements
(1) [Working assumption: no written source. GM to confirm this rule.]
(2) A Template is a digital product delivered in full by email. No refund is given after delivery, except as provided in this rule.
(3) If the delivered file is corrupt, incomplete or fails to install on Blogger because of a defect in the Template, the Buyer shall report it by email within [Not Provided: number of days, suggested 7] days of delivery, and the Seller shall correct the defect or supply a replacement file.
(4) If the Seller cannot correct the defect within a reasonable time, the Seller shall refund the amount paid for that Template.
(5) If the Seller does not deliver within the period in rule 16, the Buyer may cancel the Order and receive a full refund.
(6) Refunds are made to the same wallet or account used for payment.
(7) No refund is available for a change of mind, a design preference, or a problem caused by the Buyer's own edits, widgets or third-party code.
19. Support

(2) Support is given by email to assistmegm@gmail.com for [Not Provided: support period, suggested 30] days after delivery, and covers installation and defects in the Template as delivered.
(3) Custom design work, content setup, SEO services and problems caused by the Buyer's edits are outside standard support and may be quoted separately.
(4) Replies are given on a reasonable-effort basis.
PART VI: RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUYER
20. Technical requirements and backup
(1) The Buyer needs an active Blogger account and the ability to edit the theme under Theme settings.
(2) The Buyer shall back up the existing theme, using the Backup option in Blogger, before installing a Template. The Seller is not responsible for content, widgets or settings lost during installation.
(3) Blogger is a service of Google and may change its platform, widget system or policies at any time. The Seller does not control those changes.
(4) Compatibility with third-party scripts, ad codes or edits made by the Buyer is not guaranteed.
21. Conduct and lawful use
(1) The Buyer is responsible for the content published using a Template, for compliance with applicable law, and for compliance with the policies of Blogger and of any advertising programme the Buyer joins.
(2) No person shall attempt to disrupt the Website, copy its content in bulk, harvest data with automated tools, or misrepresent identity in any email sent to the Seller.
(3) Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and the Seller is not responsible for their content.
PART VII: PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
22. Information collected
(1) The Seller collects:
- information given by the Buyer: name, email address, the Template requested, the message, and payment evidence such as a transaction reference, the sender's account or wallet name and number as shown on the receipt, the amount and the date; and
- information collected automatically: the Website is hosted on Blogger, a service of Google, which may record the IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and time of visit.
(2) The Seller does not collect or store card numbers, PINs, passwords or wallet login details, and never asks for them. They shall not be sent to the Seller.
23. Use of information
(1) Information is used:
- to reply to enquiries and process Orders;
- to verify payments and deliver Templates and Documentation;
- to provide support and handle defect reports and refunds;
- to keep records for accounts and to resolve disputes;
- to detect fraud, piracy and misuse of Templates; and
- to understand how the Website is used and to improve it.
(2) The Seller does not sell Personal Information.
24. Payments and email
(1) Payments are processed by the provider the Buyer chooses and are governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. The Seller sees only the details that appear in his own account or on the receipt sent by the Buyer.
(2) Orders and support are handled through Gmail (Google). Messages are stored in the Seller's Gmail account and are subject to Google's privacy practices.
(3) The Seller uses an email address only to respond and to deliver a purchase, and sends no unsolicited marketing without consent.
25. Cookies, advertising and analytics
(1) [Source note: Google's pages on advertising cookies and AdSense disclosure could not be opened, so this rule follows general practice and is NOT verified. Compare it with Google's current publisher requirements before applying to AdSense.]
(2) Through Blogger and Google services, the Website may use cookies to keep the Website working, to measure traffic and to show advertising. The Buyer may block or delete cookies in browser settings, which may affect parts of the Website.
(3) The Website may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on a person's previous visits to this and other websites, and the person may manage personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings. Whether AdSense is active is Not confirmed.
(4) The Seller may use Blogger statistics or Google Analytics to understand visitor numbers and page performance. These tools report in aggregate form.
(5) The Seller does not control third-party cookies and recommends that visitors review the policies of those providers.
26. Sharing of information
(1) The Seller shares information only:
- with service providers needed to run the Website and email (Google);
- with the payment provider, to verify a transaction;
- where the law requires disclosure; and
- to protect his rights, for example against fraud or piracy.
(2) Information is not shared for third-party marketing.
27. Retention and security
(1) Order emails and payment evidence are kept as long as needed for support, refunds and business records, being [Not Provided: period, for example 3 years], after which they are deleted or anonymised where practicable.
(2) The Seller uses reasonable measures to protect information, including a protected Google account. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
28. Rights, children, links and international handling
(1) A person may email the Seller to ask what information is held, to correct it, or to ask for its deletion, subject to records the Seller must keep for legal or accounting reasons. The Seller shall respond within a reasonable time.
(2) The Website is not directed at children, and the Seller does not knowingly collect information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent information should contact the Seller so that it can be deleted.
(3) Blogger and Google may store and process data on servers outside Pakistan, and by using the Website a person accepts that his or her information may be handled in other countries under those providers' practices.
PART VIII: LIABILITY AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
29. Disclaimer of warranties
(1) The Seller supplies each Template with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, Templates are supplied "as is" and "as available".
(2) The Seller makes no promise that a Template will produce any particular search ranking, traffic, advertising approval, revenue or sales result, that it will be free of every error, or that it will work without interruption after future changes by Blogger or Google.
30. Limitation of liability
(1) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, traffic, goodwill or advertising revenue.
(2) The total liability of the Seller for any claim relating to a Template is limited to the price the Buyer paid for that Template.
31. Indemnity
(1) The Buyer shall compensate the Seller for any claim, loss or expense arising from the Buyer's breach of these rules, including unauthorised distribution of a Template, or from the content published using a Template.
32. Amendment of the rules
(1) The Seller may amend these rules at any time by posting the revised version with a new "Last updated" date.
(2) An Order is governed by the rules in force on the date of that Order.
33. Governing law and disputes

(2) These rules are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
(3) The parties shall first try to resolve any dispute by good-faith discussion by email. If that fails, the courts at [Not Provided: city] have jurisdiction.
34. General
(1) If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force.
(2) A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
(3) The Buyer may not assign the Licence to another person.
(4) These rules are the entire agreement between the parties on their subject.
